Admin / Insurance Assistant

Job Description:

  • Provide Admin support for this insurance office on a part-time basis
  • Must be licensed in NH and experienced in personal & commercial insurance
  • All work done in the company office primarily commercial lines but also duties assisting with personal lines
  • Will be responsible for endorsements, binders, posting insurance premiums and issuing certificates of insurance. Communication with customers daily.
  • Some clerical duties, general bookkeeping, accurate data entry, general computer skills
  • Use of AMS 360
  • Min. 4 days weekly. 15-20 hours pref 8:30 am start.
