Job Description:

• Premier supplier of gift and retail packaging looking to add to their team. Manufacturer has been in business for 25 years.
• Seeking candidate with previous work history as a Customer Service Rep
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Working with existing and new (business to business) clients calling in orders, checking on order status - oversight right through product shipment
• Follow through and attention to detail of the utmost importance
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with the happy and unhappy customer with professionalism
• Accurate data entry, utilize existing database and MS Word/Excel and AS400
• Drug Screen / Background check

Salary - $42k-48k, benefits
