One-on-One and Group Training
  • Durkee Personnel provides personalized One-on-One and Group software training classes.
  • Prerequisite training preference – general keyboarding skills.
  • Students work at their own pace and content can be tailored to each individual student need.
  • Personalized training guarantees targeting the appropriate skill level of each student and a higher retention than standard training classes.
  • Instructors are also ready to assist each student with their own professional aspirations.
  • Class schedules are structured based on student / instructor availability and classes of interest. We offer daily training classes in two, three and four segments. Computers stations are available for use to practice both during and after the courses are completed.

Mission Statement

To provide a positive educational experience for an individual or small group of students whereby the participants gain marketable skills and confidence utilizing newly acquired software knowledge.

General Class Hours
Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Availability for specific Saturdays upon request.
Classes offered daily for two-three hour blocks of training.

Prove-it Testing
Software testing available for software training classes offered to provide a measurement of concepts learned.
Class Cancellation / Refund / Complaint Process

Class Cancellation: Student/Instructor exchange phone/email in case of cancellation due to sickness/weather/personal reasons.

Classes will be rescheduled on a mutually agreed upon date.

Refund Policy: - students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to current federal policies, rules and regulations.

All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal.

Any grievance/complaint involving our instructor/software training class - a meeting should be requested with owner, Kerry Sherman. Our goal is to provide a mechanism to resolve issues of concern immediately.

If a student has exhausted the complaint process of the school, and said process was found in favor of the school, the student may then file a complaint with the NH Department of Education, Division of Educator Support and Higher Education, Office of Career School Licensing, 101 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH 03301 or (603) 271-6443.

Additional Information

Cost of individual classes, textbooks and/or software are available under the "class offerings" tab.

Prior education and experience will be evaluated for possible credit that can be applied toward classes offered.

Certificate provided outlining courses of completion for students having earned a 70% + completion rate of course evaluations

If you are unemployed, contact your Employment Security office to inquire about training opportunities. You must meet specific criteria to qualify for the possibility of “state-funded” software training. Feel free to call Durkee Personnel with any questions.
