Service Coordinator / Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
Seeking a skilled and dedicated customer service coordinator to join our team with the goal of delivering excellent support. Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service delivery to our clients. The successful candidate will provide service coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for customers in need of product service support
- Respond to service needs in timely, professional manner by phone and/or email
- Coordinate with one of many outside manufacturers to ensure prompt resolution of product issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
- Implement customer service policies and procedures to improve and/or maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all customer data is accurately entered and updated in the company database
- Provide updated customer service activities, feedback and outcomes to senior staff
Qualifications:
- Customer service, service coordination, retail experience or related field experience where customer support and satisfaction is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail and work well in busy work environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
